Terms of delivery

Delivery time ranges from 2 – 4 workdays within Germany and 3 – 6 workdays abroad if not stated otherwise in the product description.
Please note that there will be no delivery on sun- and holidays. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless you did not request otherwise. In that case, the item with the longest delivery time will determine the arrival date of your order.
 

Details on the calculation of the delivery time
 

The delivery period starts the day after you place the transfer order at your bank, if you chose advance payment, or the day after formation of the contract, if you chose other payment methods. It ends on the last day of the term. If the last day of a term falls on a sunday or national holiday, the term is extended to the first workday thereafter.

Terms of payment

We offer the following methods of payment:

-  advance payment by bank transfer
-  Payment by direct debit (SEPA B2B direct debit mandate required)
-  Invoice (after the second order / by arrangement)



Further details on payment

We reserve the right to ship only after advance payment by bank transfer in individual cases.
When paying by invoice, payment is due within 10 days.
When paying by direct debit, we are authorized to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. We will send you the necessary SEPA B2B direct debit mandate pre-filled.
